Over the last 12 years, I've poured my heart & soul into creating a business that is known for serving people well. In that time, I've helped many other photographers along their own journey in digging deep to find their own unique voice & gifts. This retreat is a time for us to do just that, in group form. Sharing meals & concepts. Breaking down the dynamics of exactly what is necessary to create a lasting business, with clients who are your biggest fans. Regardless of where you are in your business, you will leave this retreat inspired, packed with fresh ideas, and with a new community of friends. I can't wait to see you there.
Retreat topics include:
-Creating a business with longevity
-Maintaining authenticity in a curated world
-Content creation for blogs and social media
-Finding your unique voice
-Fears, goals & how your mindsets are holding you back
-Speaking to your customer via branding
-Creating exceptional client experiences & connections
-"Open Problem" discussion (a time for you to share your struggles & get input from a room full of wise & loving women).
This women's retreat begins at 6:00 pm on Friday with drinks and dinner at 7:00 pm. The retreat will conclude at 11:00 am on Sunday morning following breakfast.
Things to Note:
Everything you'll need is included in the retreat - just come as you are & unwind (did I mention the massages? Be prepared to truly relax). Our group will remain intimate in size, therefore spots are very limited. Please note that you may share a (king size) bed with another attendee, so be ready to make a new friend, or come with your favorite roommate! (If you prefer to stay in a local hotel, you're still welcome to share in all other activities & meals with us!)
We'll be pampered by our own private in-house cook Olivia, who has an amazing menu planned for us with fall comfort food to warm your belly & soul. Dinner will be provided Friday, 3 meals on Saturday, and breakfast on Sunday.
Lodging for two nights in a gorgeous private mansion just outside of Louisville, Kentucky (rooms and possibly beds will be shared). Centrally located, it's just 12 minutes from downtown Louisville, an hour and a half from Cincinnati, and two & a half hours from Nashville.
This is a conversation, not a workshop. There is nothing quite like the change that can come from breaking bread with a group of like-minded women & sharing conversation deep into the night. Come prepared to get open, honest, and leave with new friends.
I'm thrilled to be your host for what I know will be an amazing weekend of conversation & connection. I am a wedding & travel photographer based in Cincinnati, Ohio and have spent over 12 years photographing about 400 amazing wedding days. I'm a wife of nearly 16 years to a red-headed, bearded mountain man, and the mom to 4 beautiful (and crazy...) kiddos.
I'm incredibly passionate about helping fellow creatives cut through the noise to hear their inner voice, find their unique gifting, and walk boldly in their own truth. My work has been published internationally, in an art museum, and photography has taken me all over the globe. I'm an open book & look forward to sharing my journey with you.
